Calling all ROL students ages 12–17! Don’t miss this special Teens Workshop led by Coach Dom, our Kids Advanced Instructor, focused entirely on one of the most powerful positions in Jiu Jitsu: Half Guard!
Whether you're in the Kids Program or already training in the Adult Program, this workshop is designed just for you. Coach Dom will break down key concepts, transitions, and sweeps from Half Guard to help you level up your game.
This is a great opportunity to sharpen your technique, ask questions, and train with your peers in a focused and fun environment.
Open to all ROL students ages 12–17.
