Bring a Friend to Jiu Jitsu

Join us for "Bring a Friend to Jiu Jitsu Day," an exciting event open to kids ages 7 and up and their friends! This is the perfect opportunity for young martial artists to share their love for Jiu Jitsu with their friends and introduce them to the art of self-defense, discipline, and fun.

When: Saturday, June 22nd Time: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Location: ROL Academy of Jiu Jitsu

What to Expect:

• Introductory Jiu Jitsu Session: Learn the basics of Jiu Jitsu in a friendly and supportive environment
• Fun Activities and Games: Enjoy engaging drills and games that teach fundamental skills while having a blast
• Demonstrations: Watch demonstrations from experienced practitioners showcasing advanced techniques and the benefits of training
