There are absolutely NO REFUNDS of membership dues or hold fees.

Any outstanding balance owed to ROL Academy Corporation must be paid in full or will be considered delinquent. A delinquent account may be handed over to a third party for collections at our sole discretion.
30-DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUESTS. YOUR FINAL MONTH AND ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE BILLED IMMEDIATELY UPON PROCESSING.
CANCELLATION
By signing this request you agree to the above terms and policies. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation requests to be processed. All requests must be completed in writing at ROL Academy Corporation. A receipt of the cancellation request will be sent via email.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

The cancellation form will be submitted to the Membership Team for processing.

The request will be processed immediately

Membership will remain active for 30 days from the day of cancellation.

At the time of processing, any outstanding balance will be collected.
